At FarryShops, we strive to ensure that our customers are fully satisfied with their purchases. However, if you are not happy with your order, we offer a 7-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 7 days of receiving your item. Please read our return and refund guidelines carefully before initiating a request.
1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.
- It must be returned in its original packaging with all tags, accessories, and manuals (if applicable).
- You must provide a valid proof of purchase or order confirmation from FarryShops.
- Certain items, such as personal care products, perishable goods, customized items, and digital downloads, are not eligible for returns due to hygiene and safety reasons.
2. How to Initiate a Return
If your order meets the return eligibility criteria, follow these steps:
- Contact Us – Email us at [your email] or message us on WhatsApp at [your WhatsApp number] within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Provide Details – Share your order number, a brief reason for the return, and clear images of the product (if required).
- Return Approval – Once your request is reviewed, we will confirm the return process and provide the necessary instructions.
- Shipping the Product – You may be required to ship the product back to our designated address. The shipping cost for returns may be borne by the customer, except in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
3. Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days through your original payment method.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued as store credit or via bank transfer after confirmation from our support team.
- Refunds may take additional time depending on your bank’s processing time.
4. Exchange Policy
- We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or variant, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order.
5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please report it within 24-48 hours of delivery.
- Provide clear images or videos as proof, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
6. Cancellations
- Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped.
- Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled. You can initiate a return after receiving it.
7. Important Notes
- FarryShops reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy requirements.
- If a return is rejected due to non-compliance, the product will be shipped back to you at your expense.
- Refunds will not be processed for items that are used, damaged due to misuse, or returned without approval.
